This release focuses on improved invoice creation and sending

• Move invoicing related pages out of Accounting and into their own section called Invoicing

• Added the ability to create draft invoices

  • Add the ability to edit and preview invoices before issuing them

• Added the ability to send (Transmit) an invoice via the ERP

  • Has similar configuration to project document transmittals

  • Shows up in the list of project transmittals

  • Allows adding other invoices from the same project

  • Invoices show up in project transmittal document list

• Bring the design of the invoice creation and editing page more inline with the rest of the ERP

• Allow postponing timesheet entries to future invoices

• Added the ability to change the client and contact on invoices

• Added a legend to Invoices page to indicate what highlighted rows mean

• Auto open today’s timesheet entry after adding a project to a timesheet (only if the timesheet poeriod includes the current date)

• Show the full timesheet period as well its submitted state (indicated by a lock icon) in the timesheet dropdown

• Fix a bug where project billing notes were not updating after being saved

• Renamed Accounting Dashboard to Invoicing Project Billing

• Add the ability to notify reviewer on Invoices

• Added a button the easily view the last invoice when creating a new one on the same project

• Added a setting to append rich text to invoice PDFs
