This release focuses on improved proposal configuration and the ability to set a project coordinator.

• Added a new section in System > Proposal Configuration

  • Allows configuring Scope of Services, Assumptions, and Exclusions more easily than before

  • Added the ability to drag-and-drop list items to re-order them

  • Edit items on a per-discipline basis

  • Edit Scope of Services per phase (now more closely matches the interface used when creating a proposal)

• Replaced “Project Engineer” in project creation form with “Project Coordinator”

  • Project Coordinator is optional and intended to be used for larger projects where PM and Coordinator are not the same person

  • Added the ability to filter projects by Coordinator

  • Highlight Coordinator visually from Project Manager and other staff on project page

  • Added the ability to change Coordinator when editing a project

  • Removed Project Engineer that was only used to pre-populate project staff
