This release focuses on improving the consistency of actions for documents as well improving the flow of issuing documents.
All documents now use a sticky footer row which makes it easier to save without having to scroll all the way down
Actions have been split into primary and secondary actions
Primary actions (frequently used) are always available (like save)
Secondary actions (less frequently used) have been moved into a “More actions” button dropdown (like create revision)
Many another slide-over sections of the ERP also now use the new sticky footer
The slide-over header has been improved visually so that the divide between the header and the content is clearer
Signature customisation and other PDF related options have been moved to a dialog box
Also added the ability to change between using a user’s signature or a placeholder for a stamp on a per-user basis (author and reviewer)
Document issuing now confirms PDF options (if there are any) before issuing
Notify reviewer action has been moved to more actions and now uses a dialog box
Added issue and revision number to documents that were missing this
Improved auto detecting of next issue number
Now is more aware of disciplines
Improve auto-population of reviewer for relevant documents
Auto-populate transmittal document description and revision from selected documents
Added the ability to create templates for and from Independent Reviews
Better highlight schedules that are awaiting transmittal
Added a setting to control tags being required on new clients
Other minor misc visual tweaks and fixes
